Chapter 9: Training

This is something we have touched on in previous books, but because of your particular training needs in operations, it warrants a discussion here as well. Without proper training, systems development is an exercise in futility. Documenting the best way to do something is of little value if no one follows the plan. Ideas become action through proper training, and with the engine of your business residing in your operations department, little is of greater importance.
